This is a green washing example because the company is clearly pushing natural, organic, friendly ingredients to sell the diapers but are not informing their consumers enough. My suggesting to make this product less green-washed and more green is to carry through with what they are advertising, if they are going to use organic cotton make sure it is certified, otherwise it is just words. Also a big problem is over consumption and so many diapers are used, they should make their diapers biodegradable. Parents need to not just think of their children life when they are a baby, their children will be faced with the huge landfills and pollution problems. Another possible suggestion is making a line of reusable or washable diapers. Another suggestion is to not use bleach or chlorine to make the diaper white. For these changes to happen there would be a need for more cultural change, technological change and economic changes.
