At times when we are leading a life filled of stress and tensions, we seem to ignore our most vital needs — the needs of our mind, body and spirit. Few days back, I got to spend a few hours all for myself at the Rejuve, and must say it is a perfect place of holistic healing with several therapy rooms, beauty saloons, gymnasium, swimming pool, yoga and meditation centre. With only two hours to pamper myself, I chose to go for a relaxing massage session. Here, they handed me a brochure that had an extensive range of therapies from traditional Indian Ayurvedic to European to Oriental to high-tech machine operated massages. It uses a combination of pressure movements and helps improve the circulation, ease muscle aches and tension. Quite convinced, I asked my masseuse, Tenzin, for the same.
